4. Alcohol Consumption: Guests of legal drinking age are welcome to bring alcohol aboard, but excessive drinking or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. Drink responsibly to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

5. Cleanliness: Help us keep our boats in pristine condition. Dispose of trash in designated areas and avoid damaging the boat or its equipment. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply for excessive mess or damages.

6. Prohibited Items: Drugs, firearms, and other hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on board. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the tour and notification of authorities.

7. Timeliness: Arrive on time for scheduled departures and adhere to the agreed-upon return times. Delays may impact other guests’ experiences and incur additional fees.
